We fight to end artificial ingredients in our lives. To do this, we use microorganisms as small biofactories through fermentation. In addition, we use a disruptive technology: DIRECTED EVOLUTION, with which we achieve super-evolved microorganisms that are much more efficient in producing ingredients. We rely on artificial intelligence to further enhance this process.
