According to GFI and New Harvest (main NPOs), AI is an underused tool in the field and is set to solve the complex multi-variable multi-factor scale-up challenge. In addition to that, the lack of relevant cell lines (cultivated meat starter material) is lacking and that is preventing innovation in the field.
