Vincy Khandpur leads the Infringement Analysis team at GreyB, where she helps clients identify, validate, and monetize patent assets. With over 11 years of experience and more than 450 patent projects delivered, she has worked across multiple stages of the patent lifecycle, including invention mining, portfolio development, infringement analysis, reverse engineering, licensing, litigation support, and patent monetization.
At GreyB, Vincy works with a broad range of clients, including operating companies, patent owners, NPEs, IP law firms, licensing professionals, and corporate IP teams. Her experience spans technologies such as networking, semiconductors, cloud computing, cybersecurity, consumer electronics, and AI-driven systems. She specializes in bridging technical analysis with business strategy to help clients make informed decisions on patent enforcement, acquisitions, portfolio optimization, and licensing opportunities.
Vincy has contributed in refining patent portfolio valuation strategies in M&A, and co-published an article on IAM. She also co-published another article describing innovation in patent analysis.
