Recognizing the trend of outsourcing component production, we shifted focus to VisionX, a LiDAR provider for the target company. This pivot uncovered valuable resources, including VisionX’s blogs, videos, and detailed patent markings.
By mapping VisionX’s patents to our client’s technology, we filled gaps and prepared a robust claim chart, providing compelling evidence of infringement.
